Job Summary: * To provide resource to support business growth in QFN, Power Packages and future new packages in internal site manufacturing and subcons * Trained and developed existing local TW engineers in ILAN for the future SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) * Improved the existing package/process development methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Key package personnel to support business division strategy
- Technical lead person in packaging technology design and development
- Subject matter and package design expert
- Execute project feasibility and project risk assessment/mitigation
- Implement right APQP and project management methodology
- Provide guidance and consultancy from concept, planning, development and mass production
- Leadership in root cause investigation and/or problem solving in qual /development concerns
- Employ industry-wide best in class practices and best-known methods
- Actively contribute company technical competence by publishing technical papers/ journals
- Actively demonstrate innovation ideas by patent submissions
- Actively drive new packaging technologies and keeping-in-touch with competition
- Development of Packaging and Test Solutions – Software and Hardware
- Establishment Characterization and Optimization Methodologies
