Software Product Head/Director (Confidential Search)

Our client is looking for a Software Product Head/ Director who can oversee and prioritize the product strategy and resources globally and is well-experienced in team management at a large enterprise tech or software company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the HQ software product strategy, analyze and prioritize the resources based on global market needs, competitor analysis and market trends
• Lead the software product team with a scope of over twenty members
• Work closely with the cross-functional management team, such as R&D, business and operation

Key Requirements:

• Experienced as a software product leader in a tech or software company's headquarter and successfully delivered and planned the cross-national/ cross-regional product strategy
• Familiar with the full cycle of software product planning, development, and launching
• Highly effective cross-functional team management and leadership skills, experiences in managing a product team of over ten/ twenty members
• Previous software and web development experience
• A high level of English communication includes speaking, listening, writing and reading
• A bachelor’s or master's degree in product design or engineering
