Supply Chain Executive

An FMCG company seeks a Supply Chain Executive in Taipei to drive forecasting, logistics, and co-packing across end-to-end operations in a global environment.

Key responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will manage forecasting, logistics, inventory, and co-packing while coordinating teams, analysing data, and ensuring KPI-driven performance.

• Demand Planning Execution: Align and upload forecasts with commercial and supply chain teams; update SC KPIs with cause-effect analysis; support Sales and S&OP reporting
• Logistics Execution: Oversee accurate co-packing with 3PL partners and ensure timely, error-free documentation
• Cost Analysis: Track co-packing costs, payments, and documentation; conduct monthly reviews
• Quality & Safety: Ensure 3PL compliance with Group Quality and Safety Standards, including co-packing operations and new product co-packing evaluation

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring FMCG supply chain experience, 3PL and distributor management, ERP expertise (SAP S4HANA/APO), strong analytics, and collaborative communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years’ relevant supply chain/operations experience
• Strong Operations knowledge: 3PL & distributor management, shipping, transport, warehousing, planning, inventory
• Experience leading S&OP and monthly demand reviews; solid KPI management understanding
• Proficient in MS Excel (mandatory); SAP S4HANA/APO preferred; familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Teams
• Strong sales planning, problem-solving, prioritisation, and cross-functional communication skills
