What you'll do:

• Work with the c-suite team to develop and iterate product designs
• Take full responsibility for creating products that pass rigorous quality and performance standards
• Collaborate with operations and fulfillment team to produce and ship products to various consumer and retail facing warehouses
• Manage manufacturer relationships, including finding, vetting, and negotiating potential manufacturers
• Strategize with manufacturers and material vendors to prevent and solve quality control issues
• Manage consistent lab and material tests
• Oversee the product quality control team

What you bring:

• Experience in commercial/consumer water filtration is essential
• Must be bilingual in Chinese and English
• Proven ability to manage manufacturer relationships effectively
• Strong track record in leading product development from conception to production
• Experience in managing operations and logistics teams
• Ability to strategize with manufacturers and material vendors to prevent and solve quality control issues
