EHS Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join their team in Taoyuan City. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and maintain the Quality & EHS & Security management system across all branches in Area Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, supporting projects, handling QHSSE tasks, and providing training to ensure understanding and compliance among all employees.

What you'll do:

• Ensure smooth operation of the QHSSE management system.
• Support projects to conduct related activities on QHSSE.
• Handle QHSSE projects as well as other tasks assigned by the Head of Area and Head Contract Logistics.
• Follow and monitor ISO9001/ ISO14001 / ISO45001 /TAPA implementation.
• Identify related laws and regulations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support Greater China QHSSE team to complete internal and external audits.
• In charge of QHSSE issue investigation, identified non-conformances, summary issue log and work out corrective/ preventive action.
• Provide adequate training to ensure the Company's QHSSE Management System and Policy is understood effectively by all employees.
• Measure performance of the agents and suppliers' to ensure them keep the service level.
• Cooperate with sales for contract review, project solution support.

What you bring:

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Organised approach with attention to detail is expected.
• Strong problem-solving skills are needed.
• Willingness to travel is a must.
• Degree holder in Logistics Management or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality, EHS or security is required.
