Customer Develop Assistant Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage sales orders, drive operational efficiency, and facilitate S&OP processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in liaising with various teams and customers, ensuring accurate order processing and delivery. This position provides a platform for growth leadership and supportive leadership, offering the chance to make a significant impact on the company's supply chain operations.

What you'll do:

  • Manage sales orders including approval process, requirements identification, confirmation, and follow-up
  • Liaise with CSS Team in GBS Shanghai to ensure accurate order key-in and timely goods delivery
  • Review existing customer handling/satisfaction policies and monitor the current status of the customer care department
  • Drive optimization and efficiency on operation/process and SC KPI
  • Act as a key communicator between commercial team, customers, and supply chain
  • Participate in meetings and prepare presentations
  • Drive and facilitate S&OP process and KPI achievement

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in managing sales orders and customer satisfaction policies
  • Strong ability to drive operational efficiency and S&OP processes
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with commercial team, customers, and supply chain
  • Experience in preparing presentations for meetings
  • Ability to drive and facilitate S&OP process and KPI achievement
