Demand Planning Manager (EC Industry for USA&Europe Markets)

A leading international ECommerce business is seeking a high-calibre Demand Planning Manager in Taiwan to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Planning:
• Coordinate monthly Forecast meeting with GM, Marketing, and Sales
• Prepare order forecast file on monthly base for review and place orders after Forecast meeting
• Dealing the shortage or damage at delivery and report to headquarter, if it’s material
• Inventory Control:
• Stock Status management (expired/ damage/ short life/ slow moving), work with Marketing for action plan if necessary
• Monthly inventory reconciliation with General Ledger, including counters and warehouse
• Review inventory in office location by month to ensure no pending inventory stuck in this location
• Stock taking coordination

Key Requirements:

• A planning professional with a business or supply chain degree or Masters in a relevant field such as supply chain management, planning or business management
• Strong technical and functional skills in supply and planning
• Fluent English Language Skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
• Functional capabilities & competencies: excellent analytical and communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure
