Sourcing Manager (consumer electronics)

Our client is a leading global technology company renowned for its innovative products that connect people to the digital world. As the Global Sourcing Manager for Finished Goods, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing the procurement lifecycle, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Job Scope:

• Identifying, developing, and executing sourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives for assigned categories.
• Managing the end-to-end sourcing process, including supplier selection, price negotiation, sample validation, quality testing, and logistics coordination.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Leading commercial negotiations and managing supplier contracts to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Overseeing sourcing activities from product definition and development to volume production, delivery, and end-of-life management.
• Collaborating with key business leaders and procurement teams to identify and leverage new sourcing opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• 5–7 years of sourcing experience, ideally in finished goods procurement.
• Preferred educational background in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Industrial Engineering (IE).
• A strong track record in finished goods sourcing, particularly in the consumer electronics or related industries.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and international procurement in a fast-paced, global environment.
