Customer Care Manager

Our client is looking for a Customer Care Manager in Taipei.

Key Responsibilities:

• Return:
• Manage all relevant aspects of the process of returning products
• Monitor and ensure the data is logged accurately and promptly on returns activity, including fault trend analysis, identifying causal factors and feeding back to relevant function
• Settlement:
• Manage all accounting and reconciliation related aspects of receivables tracked in SAP System from recollection through cash collection
• Monitor and follow up with outstanding A/R issues
• Manage legalities of contracts and negotiate terms and conditions with clients and third parties
• Evaluate reconciliation processes continuously to spot and implement continuous improvement initiatives to stream-line existing processes and improve automation through better utilisation of systems

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10+ years of experience in operation or A/R management
• With at least 5+ years of leadership experience
