A FMCG company in Taiwan is seeking for a Supply Chain - Associate Customer Service and Logistics Manager the opportunity to manage complex, data-driven projects across customer service, logistics, and supply chain within a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities
As a Supply Chain - Associate Customer Service and Logistics Manager, you will oversee end-to-end order management, drive process improvements, analyse data, and foster strong team and client relationships across customer service and logistics.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring customer needs are met with empathy, responsiveness, and strong relationship-building
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects, facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
- Data-Driven Performance & Process Improvement: Analyse and manage KPIs and data trends to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and support continuous process optimisation
- Order & Logistics Oversight: Oversee end-to-end order management, including taking and receiving orders, monitoring AP/AR, making credit or inventory release decisions, and ensuring smooth logistics execution across locations
- Collaboration & Team Development: Work closely with management to optimise processes, maintain accurate records, and foster an inclusive, supportive team environment
Candidate profile
The ideal Supply Chain - Associate Customer Service and Logistics Manager possesses a solid supply chain and logistics background, managing complex projects, overseeing order processing and AP/AR, driving process improvements, and fostering collaborative, client-focused, and inclusive team environments.
- Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience, with candidates expected to meet client age requirements and demonstrate proven capabilities
- Customer & Client Management: Skilled in handling customers in supply chain or logistics, building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
- Project & Operations Management: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy, dependability, and responsiveness, including order processing, AP/AR monitoring, credit release, and inventory management
- Analytical & Process Improvement Skills: Strong ability to interpret data trends, track KPIs, and drive process optimisation initiatives; familiarity with project management or improvement methodologies is an asset
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust, understanding, and a collaborative, inclusive team environment
