Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee warehouse operations at the Tainan site. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely material transfers, optimizing warehouse efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee all activities within the assigned warehouse at the Tainan facility, ensuring smooth material flow to production lines.
• Coordinate material transfers to and from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and alignment with production schedules.
• Manage inventory to ensure physical stock matches system records and comply with documentation and reporting requirements.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped for their roles.
• Plan work schedules, manage resources, and ensure team members are certified to operate equipment like forklifts.
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence and foster professional development.

Process Optimization:

• Continuously identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and working conditions.
• Collaborate with other factory departments to align warehouse operations with overall production goals.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental standards, including ISO and 5S3R programs.
• Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote a culture of safety, ensuring team members receive appropriate training and follow all safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong expertise in leading teams and managing resources.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Proven ability to optimize warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement.
