Warehouse Operations Manager

We are working with a global FMCG company and we are looking for a seasoned and proactive Warehouse Operations Manager to lead logistics and distribution operations. In this role, you will oversee a sizable team managing end-to-end warehouse activities, and will drive operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, inventory control, and relabeling, ensuring compliance with established regulations and best practices.
• Optimize warehouse workflows and processes through data-driven analysis to achieve productivity and delivery targets.
• Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) services, from vendor selection and contract management to daily operations and KPI tracking.
• Plan and implement strategies for efficient use of warehouse space and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop a team of 60+ employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance excellence.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards, such as ISO45001/14001, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., fulfillment accuracy, processing times, cost efficiency) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support seamless operations.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Demonstrated ability to improve and streamline logistics processes in a warehouse environment.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• A commitment to workplace safety and fostering a safe, productive team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English.
