Logistics AM/Supervisor -- Taoyuan

We are currently partnering with a global FMCG leader to look for a seasoned logistics management position in Taoyuan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CL logistics team to achieve or support department targets. The major operations include production planning, material management, warehouse and transportation management
• Cooperate with cross-functional team members and venders to ensure a timely reaction toward latest sales trend to achieve high OTIF with low inventory.
• Make sure all logistics operations are being efficiently and effectively implemented and to meet the all internal / external audit regulations.
• Identify opportunities and drive cost / process improvement projects to further enhance SC competitiveness.
• Lead or support the deployment of global / regional supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Lead by example, mentor and coach team members for capability enhancement in all aspects of logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is highly preferred, and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Information Technology.
• Min 10 years’ hands-on experience in Supply Chain related areas.
• Min 3 years’ experience in team management and people development
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English (TOEIC 900+ equivalent)
• Excellent attitude of teamwork and collaboration; can also work independently
• Passionate in pursuing long term career goals in supply chain functions in consumer industry
• Strong SAP and Excell skills.
