Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, where their skills and expertise can make a real difference. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, fostering an environment of collaboration and support
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent service standards
  • Handle complex customer complaints or enquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and service quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
  • Continually assess customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary

Requirement:

  • 10+ years experience in a managerial role within the customer service in consumer electronics company
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing effective solutions
  • Ability to lead, motivate and coach a team towards achieving high performance standards
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
