Distribution & Logistics Manager

A leading global organisation seeks a Distribution and Logistics Manager in Taipei to lead operations, drive warehousing, logistics, inventory, trade compliance, and deliver process improvement within supply chain excellence.

Key responsibilities:

As the Distribution and Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the entire supply chain operation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Oversee daily distribution, logistics, and warehouse activities. Manage, train, and develop the logistics team; plan succession for future leaders
• Ensure compliant, efficient warehousing operations; maintain inventory accuracy while implementing sustainability and process improvements
• Manage in-country distribution, imports/exports, and 3PL partnerships. Ensure effective supply and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service quality. Must ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, audits, and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners; support product access, supply chain projects, and key company events

Candidate profile:

Your extensive background in supply chain or distribution operations will be instrumental in this Distribution and Logistics Manager role. You bring proven experience managing teams across areas within large-scale organisations.

• 10–15 years in supply chain/distribution, including 5–7 years in management roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain; additional certifications advantageous
• Strong leadership, team collaboration. Strong English communication skills with proficiency in presentations and reporting; bilingual and native-level fluency in the local language
• Result-oriented, organised, analytical, with project management, negotiation, and multi-tasking abilities; innovation-driven for process improvement
• Proficient with ERP/inventory systems (e.g., Oracle); understanding of local regulations for product storage and distribution
