Logistics Assistant Manager

What you'll do:

As a Logistics Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating 3PL operations and planning for logistics to ensure seamless product delivery. You will be responsible for managing warehouse routine operations, leading projects for efficiency, cost, and process improvement, and planning staff training. Your role will also involve cooperating with demand/supply planning teams to meet customer demands at the most competitive costs. You will be expected to communicate effectively with regional/global teams on 3PL/warehousing related matters.

You should have practical experience in planning, scheduling, and logistics operations along with a good understanding of local 3rd party logistics service providers’ landscape. Advanced analytical skills are essential for this role along with strong project management abilities. Proficiency in data collection tools such as Excel or Power BI is required. Excellent communication skills are necessary for liaising with multiple teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
