Head of Distribution Center Operation

A leading international 3rd party logistics is seeking a high-calibre Head of Distribution Center in Taiwan to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit.

Key responsibilities:

• interactive closely with operation and business team to drive the accuracy and performance of Distribution Center
• responsible for operation improvement including cost saving and productivity monitoring
• oversee all aspects of execution and operation standardization

Key Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree or higher
• at least ten years’ experience in full function Distribution center management
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels
• fluent in both English and Chinese
