As a senior legal advisor (digital media and lifestyle industry), you will be deeply involved in various legal affairs of the group, not only proficient in contract drafting and review, but also have diverse capabilities such as handling consumer disputes, managing intellectual property applications, and handling litigation cases. • Responsible for the drafting, review, and management of legal documents and contracts in both English and Chinese to ensure that all documents comply with laws and regulations and protect the company's rights and interests.
• Handle correspondence and mediation matters related to consumer disputes, effectively assisting the company in resolving customer disputes and maintaining brand image.
• Applying, managing, and defending intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other related matters, to protect the company's core assets.
• Undertake litigation cases or communicate with external firms to assist the company in properly responding to legal disputes.
• Write various legal documents, such as affidavits, settlement documents, etc., to support the company's daily operational needs.
• Assist enterprises in assessing business development risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies, effectively reducing legal risks.
• Formulate legal operation management rules, processes, and forms to optimize the efficiency of internal legal operations.
• Perform administrative management operations to ensure that all legal documents are properly preserved and managed.
• Participate in other legal-related matters to support the company's diversified business development needs.

• More than 6-8 years of experience in corporate legal affairs and firms, preferably with practical experience in large organizations or multinational corporations.
• Familiarity with litigation and mediation procedures, and experience in handling related cases independently are preferred.
• Proficient in intellectual property related laws and regulations, including copyright, trademark and other fields, with application and management experience preferred.
• Those who have reviewed online games, music copyright licensing agreements, or intellectual property licensing agreements on e-commerce platforms will be given priority.
• Experience
• reviewing agency or artist contracts is preferable to support diverse business needs.
• Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English, and can effectively handle domestic and foreign legal documents and cross-border cooperation matters.
