Save job

About the Role We’re looking for a Supply Chain Director to help build and scale a world-class manufacturing ecosystem within the semiconductor industry. Based in Hsinchu, you’ll play a key role in developing supplier partnerships, optimizing manufacturing operations, and driving efficiency from product development through high-volume production. This role suits an experienced supply chain leader who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to shape strategic processes in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage the local and regional manufacturing ecosystem, engaging with foundries, OSATs, and key suppliers.

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure seamless execution across all production stages.

  • Identify, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.

  • Oversee operational logistics, inventory control, and delivery performance across Taiwan and the Asia region.

  • Establish KPIs to monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to align supply chain strategy with business objectives.

  • Proactively manage risks and develop contingency plans to ensure supply stability.

  • Stay updated on market trends and industry shifts to support strategic decision-making.

What You Bring

  • 12–15+ years of supply chain management experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.

  • Proven ability to lead supplier relationships from early development to mass production.

  • Strong network and knowledge of foundries, OSATs, and regional supply chains in Asia.

  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (wafer fabrication, assembly, test).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills in English and Mandarin.

  • Strategic and hands-on mindset—comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

  • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 20%).

  • Preferred: experience in optical or advanced packaging assembly/test.

Why Join

You’ll join a forward-thinking company that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. The team fosters a flexible, inclusive environment where your ideas will shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing. With access to leading partners and advanced facilities, you’ll make a tangible impact on the industry while developing your leadership potential.
