Supply Chain Manager

Join a global FMCG leader to drive end-to-end supply chain excellence with a strong focus on planning. This role leads demand, supply, and production planning to ensure optimal product availability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize demand, supply, and production planning processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver accurate forecasts and efficient supply plans.

• Drive S&OP processes, inventory strategy, and capacity planning.

• Identify and implement planning process improvements and digital tools.

• Analyze KPIs to ensure performance targets in service, cost, and inventory are met.

• Partner with regional/global stakeholders on strategic initiatives and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of relevant supply chain experience in FMCG, with a strong planning background.

• Proven success in S&OP, forecasting, inventory, and production planning.

• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with SAP/APO/IBP or similar systems.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Fluency in English; regional language a plus.
