What you'll do:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the quality assurance team, ensuring all testing activities are conducted efficiently and effectively to meet organisational standards.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, policies, and best practices to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and alignment on quality objectives.
  • Mentor, guide, and nurture QA team members by providing regular feedback, coaching sessions, and opportunities for skill development within a supportive framework.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to product quality, analyse trends, and prepare detailed reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
