What you'll do:

• Apply your solid understanding of Web frontend, backend, and software fundamentals to perform first-line analysis and troubleshooting when issues occur across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain robust automated testing frameworks that ensure reliability and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.
• Test web platforms according to defined User Specifications, ensuring both functional accuracy and design consistency for an optimal user experience.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and cross-functional partners to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and foster a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Analyse defects thoroughly and assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), contributing valuable insights that help prevent future occurrences.
• Document solutions after resolving challenges so that each issue becomes an opportunity for shared learning and future growth within the team.
• Participate actively in internal study groups and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reflecting on past projects, sharing feedback, and exploring new ways to enhance processes.
• Support the onboarding of new team members by sharing your expertise in automated testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer, Nightwatch, or JavaScript.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless integration between testing procedures and software development workflows.

What you bring:

• Mandatory: At least three years of relevant work experience in quality assurance or software testing within web-based environments.
• Mandatory: Strong communication skills paired with logical thinking abilities that enable you to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Mandatory: High attention to detail combined with patience, responsibility, and a dependable work ethic that ensures thoroughness in all tasks.
• Mandatory: Solid understanding of PC Web and Mobile Web operating principles for comprehensive platform coverage.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience using at least one automated testing tool such as Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer, Nightwatch, or JavaScript for efficient test automation.
