What you'll do:

• Work closely with internal QA teams to ensure all software products consistently meet rigorous company quality standards through effective teamwork.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, create detailed test cases, and design test scripts to guarantee thorough coverage of all software functionalities.
• Execute manual tests meticulously, document issues clearly, and support the tracking and resolution of problems throughout the development lifecycle.
• Train and coach QA team members by sharing your knowledge, nurturing their skills, and helping them grow professionally within the team.
• Participate actively in the development of automated testing solutions by creating and maintaining reliable automation scripts that enhance efficiency.
• Monitor key software quality metrics regularly, prepare insightful reports, and offer constructive recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure testing requirements are fully understood and integrated into project workflows.
• Assist in formulating effective testing strategies and processes, contributing to planning activities and preparing detailed test documentation.
• Follow up on product updates and bug fixes diligently, verifying that issues have been resolved satisfactorily before release.

What you bring:

• At least five years of proven experience in software quality assurance roles where you have demonstrated reliability in delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent ability to develop structured test plans and write clear, comprehensive test cases tailored to complex software systems.
• Hands-on familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks for building maintainable automated scripts.
• Strong skills in issue tracking and reporting using industry-standard tools to communicate findings effectively across teams.
• Outstanding communication abilities combined with a collaborative approach that fosters teamwork within diverse groups.
• A genuine willingness to learn new technologies or tools quickly while sharing insights generously with colleagues.
• Experience training or mentoring QA team members by providing guidance on best practices and technical skills development.
