What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to participate in requirements analysis, ensuring that test plans comprehensively cover both core business needs and technical functionalities.
• Define and implement robust testing strategies encompassing functional, performance, stress, and security testing to guarantee efficient product delivery and reliability.
• Design and build automated testing frameworks that seamlessly integrate with CI/CD pipelines, significantly enhancing testing efficiency and stability across all releases.
• Establish thorough testing processes and create detailed test artifacts, including validation of business logic and rigorous security vulnerability checks.
• Monitor product quality using established QA metrics while efficiently managing test environments and tools to maintain optimal conditions for testing activities.
• Prepare and deliver regular test reports that provide clear insights into product quality along with actionable recommendations for improvement to engineering teams and management.
• Test decentralised application interoperability as well as wallet compatibility to ensure seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams located internationally, facilitating effective communication and knowledge sharing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate new tools and methodologies in order to improve existing QA practices and stay ahead of industry trends within Web3 technologies.

What you bring:

• Demonstrated experience of at least four years in software testing within complex environments, showcasing your dependability in delivering high-quality results.
• Comprehensive understanding of software testing processes and methodologies; hands-on proficiency with functional, performance, and security testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or Postman.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (for example Python or JavaScript) enabling you to develop effective automated test scripts that support scalable solutions.
• Excellent analytical abilities combined with strong communication skills that foster efficient collaboration across multicultural teams.
• Ability to write clear test plans and articulate findings through detailed reports while communicating effectively with international colleagues.
• Experience managing or leading QA teams is highly desirable as it demonstrates your capacity for supportive leadership within collaborative settings.
• Background in software engineering, information engineering, blockchain technology or fintech is considered advantageous for contributing deeper domain knowledge.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI enhances your ability to streamline automation workflows within modern development pipelines.
