What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with the QA team to ensure each sprint is completed on schedule by sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the development process.
• Respond promptly to issues as they arise on a daily basis, working together with developers and other stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Track existing issues meticulously, reproducing them as needed to provide clear documentation and facilitate swift resolution within the team.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of system functionalities across all development cycles, ensuring you can anticipate potential challenges and support your teammates with accurate information.
• Write comprehensive test cases based on functional specifications, ensuring thorough coverage of all features while considering edge cases and user scenarios.
• Apply your strong knowledge of various testing theories and methodologies to design effective manual tests that uphold product quality standards.
• Demonstrate a sense of ownership by taking responsibility for assigned tasks, following through on commitments, and striving for continuous improvement in all aspects of your work.

What you bring:

• At least three years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer specialising in web or API testing environments where collaboration was key.
• Proven ability to write complete and thorough test cases based on detailed functional specifications while considering user needs.
• Familiarity with complex system domains or the demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly through curiosity and persistence.
• Strong understanding of various testing theories and methodologies applied within manual QA processes for robust results.
