What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with development, site reliability engineering, and operations teams to support comprehensive end-to-end testing activities for the e-commerce platform hosted on AWS Cloud.
• Evaluate specifications, requirements, and technical design documents to provide prompt, valuable feedback that enhances product quality.
• Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality platform feature releases.
• Analyse software testing results thoroughly and recommend corrective actions to address any identified issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug test cases efficiently to identify root causes of software problems and resolve them effectively.
• Lead stress testing efforts for significant sales periods or when introducing new API releases, ensuring system robustness under heavy load.
• Take responsibility for release quality across the e-commerce platform, digital products, enterprise applications, and data platforms.
• Record detailed test results and diligently follow up on fault report cases by cooperating closely with related engineers.
• Participate actively in the development stage of projects while staying current with emerging testing tools and strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights on best practices in application, system, mobile, integration, function, regression, stress, and API testing.

What you bring:

• A university degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field provides you with a strong technical foundation essential for this role.
• At least four years’ experience in holistic commerce platform testing or development equips you with deep insight into complex digital ecosystems.
• A minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in both stress testing (using tools such as jMeter, K6, Locust, or LoadRunner) and automation framework management (such as Pytest, Selenium, Robot Framework) ensures you can deliver robust solutions under pressure.
• Familiarity with various types of testing—including Application Testing, System Testing, Mobile Testing, Integration Testing—enables you to approach challenges from multiple angles.
• Proficiency in Function Testing, Regression Testing, Stress Testing, and API Testing allows you to maintain high standards across all aspects of quality assurance.
• Strong organisational skills help you manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout each project phase.
• Excellent communication abilities enable you to share insights clearly with colleagues from diverse backgrounds while fostering effective teamwork.
• A collaborative mindset supports your ability to work harmoniously within cross-functional teams focused on shared goals.
