What you'll do:

  • Actively participate in the Scrum incremental software development process by collaborating with development teams during daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure seamless progress in both development and testing activities.
  • Break down complex testing tasks based on project requirements while estimating timelines and resource needs; coordinate manual testing, automated testing, smoke testing, stress testing, UAT testing, and production validation across multiple projects.
  • Design, review, and manage comprehensive test cases to guarantee thorough test coverage and effectiveness throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead and manage a team of over 30 QA Engineers by overseeing task allocation, monitoring performance metrics, supporting professional development, and fostering a nurturing team environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including R&D, Product Management, Operations, and PMO—to ensure smooth quality assurance integration across all stages of development.
  • Utilise Jira for efficient project management by tracking bug statuses, analysing test data trends, identifying issues promptly, and providing timely solutions to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Maintain unwavering attention to detail while managing several concurrent projects to uphold product quality commitments.
  • Analyse and summarise online issues systematically; optimise testing processes continuously to reduce future occurrences and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to drive cross-departmental collaboration and ensure product quality standards are consistently met.

What you bring:

  • Minimum eight years’ experience in software product testing or quality assurance within technology-driven environments; at least four years in a managerial or leadership capacity is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project risk management with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Exceptional analytical skills paired with strong problem-solving abilities; adept at identifying root causes quickly and resolving complex issues effectively within multi-national settings.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity; able to remain composed under pressure while proactively collaborating with team members to drive consensus and clarify direction.
  • Expertise in requirement analysis and test plan design; capable of developing comprehensive testing strategies tailored to evolving business needs.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, Charles Proxy, SQL databases, Selenium WebDriver, and Appium for mobile automation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills that foster trustful relationships across departments; able to facilitate productive discussions among diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement; always seeking ways to optimise processes for better outcomes while supporting colleagues’ professional growth.
  • Ability to analyse online issues methodically; skilled at summarising findings and implementing process enhancements that minimise future risks.
