What you'll do:

• Participate in or take ownership of creating detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases tailored to various software modules and features depending on your level of experience.
• Engage in or oversee the estimation, prioritisation, planning, and coordination of comprehensive testing activities alongside other team members.
• Identify, record, document, and meticulously track defects or bugs while collecting relevant logs to ensure thorough issue resolution.
• Handle, prioritise, and monitor issues reported by cooperation partners to maintain seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all quality requirements are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes by providing feedback on methodologies and suggesting enhancements where appropriate.
• Assist in developing or implementing automated scripts when possible to streamline daily testing tasks and increase overall efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation related to test cases, results, defect reports, and process improvements for future reference.
• Support knowledge sharing within the team by participating in discussions about best practices in manual testing as well as emerging trends in automation.
• Ensure that all identified quality defects are addressed promptly through clear communication with relevant teams.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent practical experience gained through relevant roles within software quality assurance environments.
• Between zero to five years’ experience working within software quality assurance functions where you have developed strong foundational skills.
• A solid understanding of established software QA methodologies which enables you to contribute meaningfully during planning sessions.
• Demonstrable experience developing detailed test plans as well as writing clear test cases for complex systems or applications.
• Comfort communicating effectively in English both verbally and in writing when interacting with international teams or documenting findings.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms is considered advantageous but not essential for initial success in this position.
• Familiarity with web application testing tools or frameworks would be beneficial for expanding your scope within the team over time.
• Any exposure to security domains within technology projects is viewed positively as it broadens your perspective on risk management.
• Knowledge of using automated tools for streamlining repetitive testing tasks is highly valued even if only at an introductory level.
