What you'll do:

As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with Project Managers to participate in requirement analysis, ensuring that the test plan covers the core business and technical features of the product. Your expertise will be crucial in developing comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, performance, stress, and security testing. You will also design automated testing frameworks to support CI/CD processes, improving efficiency and stability. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring product quality through QA metrics, managing test environments and tools efficiently, and regularly preparing test reports with clear quality insights.

• Participate in requirement analysis with Project Managers
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies including functional, performance, stress, and security testing
• Design and automate testing frameworks to support CI/CD processes
• Establish testing processes and test cases for business logic validation and security vulnerability detection
• Monitor product quality through QA metrics and manage test environments and tools efficiently
• Prepare and submit regular test reports with clear quality insights and improvement recommendations
• Test dApp interoperability and wallet compatibility

With at least 4 years of experience under your belt, you are proficient in software testing processes and methodologies. You have hands-on experience in functional, performance, and security testing. Your familiarity with tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Postman will be beneficial in this role. Additionally, your skill in at least one programming language (e.g., Python or JavaScript) for developing automated test scripts sets you apart. Your strong analytical skills coupled with excellent communication abilities make you a valuable team player.
