They are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who shares their vision and has a real passion for ensuring the quality of software at every stage of the development cycle.

What you'll do:

• Create & execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify software problems and test new features
• Analyze & follow up bugs and errors found during tests
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Document and share results of tests with the software development team
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with QA testing and other members of the scrum teams when required
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

What you bring:

• Strong understanding of user requirement documents / product requirement documents, functional specification documents and related software development process (SDLC)
• Ability to independently handle product functionality/performance testing, writing test plans and cases
• Experience in planning and executing user testing, integration testing, performance testing and regression testing
• Ability to assist in risk assessment before product launch, execute and monitor the entire process to ensure normal operation after product launch
• Cross-departmental communication skills to clearly grasp product development progress and product quality
• Timely understanding of new testing tools and testing strategies
• Experience in developing UI & API automated tests is a plus, especially familiarity with Python stack (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Robot, Pytest)
