Sr. Automation QA

They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Senior Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Taipei. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement automated tests to ensure the highest quality of their software products.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks and scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA team members, to identify testing needs.
• Execute automated test suites and analyse results to detect software failures and defects.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using appropriate tracking tools.
• Optimise and enhance existing automation frameworks for better coverage and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in QA automation to implement improvements.

What you bring:

• Experience with Application Testing/ System Testing/ Web base Testing.
• Ability to quickly read through API spec and create automation script such as python or Robot framework.
• Hands-on experience on using tools such as Postman to test it and verify the result.
• Knowledge of testing processes and methodologies (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, system testing).
• Experience in UI automation tools such as Selenium or knowledge in stress testing tools such as jMeter, K6, or LoadRunner.
• Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development lifecycle and web technologies.
• Experience in an agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Analysis skill on faults and bugs found.
