A leading organisation in Taipei is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its product development team.

You will work closely with project managers and engineering teams to optimise product systems and enhance user experience through strong cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions through effective technical management, progress tracking, and risk control in a supportive leadership environment.

Key responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate with PMs and engineering teams to optimise product systems, enhance user experience, and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables, and translate them into actionable plans
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Agile boards or Gantt charts while managing budget, risk, and quality
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (PM, Dev, QA, design, infra, data, operations) to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  • Participate in technical discussions, support architecture understanding, and review technical documentation (e.g., API specs, system design)
  • Lead progress tracking through stand-ups, sprint reviews, and status reporting while ensuring visibility via tools like Jira
  • Identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps, escalating issues and driving timely resolution
  • Support delivery and release processes, including PRD validation, UAT coordination, and deployment management

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate for the Technical Project Manager position brings proven expertise in utilising advanced project management tools such as Jira or Asana for task tracking.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion to effectively track and manage tasks
  • Experience using documentation and collaboration tools including Confluence, Google Docs, or Notion for clear cross-team communication
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab to support understanding of development workflows
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for infrastructure and technical discussions
