* Shape the strategic direction of AI-powered products designed for security needs (includes cybersecurity, smart factory, safty...etc) by defining vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with organisational goals. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including security engineers, IT, data scientists, engineers, UX designers, and domain experts to deliver secure and compliant solutions that address complex business challenges.

What you'll do:

• Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for AI-powered solutions tailored to security operations, eCommerce platforms, HR systems, and legal workflows.
• Identify high-impact opportunities for leveraging AI technologies to enhance security protocols, optimise business processes, and improve user experiences across multiple domains.
• Prioritise product features based on their potential value to the organisation while balancing technical feasibility and resource constraints.
• Ensure all products adhere to security-by-design principles and comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, software engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders—to design and implement scalable AI solutions.
• Work closely with subject matter experts in security operations, eCommerce strategies, HR management, and legal compliance to tailor products for specific use cases.
• Gather detailed user requirements through stakeholder engagement and translate them into actionable product specifications for development teams.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through development phases to successful launch and ongoing iteration based on user feedback.
• Drive project execution by ensuring alignment between stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field is required for this position.
• At least five years of proven experience in product management roles involving technology-driven or AI-related projects is essential.
• A strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies as they apply within business systems is necessary for success.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet evolving organisational needs is highly valued.
• Exceptional communication skills are required; you must be able to synthesise complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience or familiarity with one or more domains such as Security, Commerce (eCommerce), Human Resources (HR), Finance or Legal processes would be a significant advantage.
• A track record of managing full product lifecycles from ideation through deployment and optimisation is important for this role.
• Ability to prioritise initiatives based on business impact while balancing feasibility considerations is crucial.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to AI-powered products is desirable.
