【Financial Institution】Enterprise AI Sr. Project Manager

This position will put you at the forefront of enterprise AI application development, responsible for strategy formulation, platform architecture design, and cross-departmental collaboration to drive organizational digital transformation.

What will you do:

* Formulate enterprise AI information engineering strategies and work with cross-departmental teams to drive strategy execution and ensure results.
* Establish and maintain a governance framework for AI applications, ensuring that all processes meet compliance requirements and best practice standards.
* Lead the design of AI platform architecture, integrating data, models, and computing resources to support diverse application scenarios.
* Communicate closely with the requirement units to conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into specific technical specifications and solutions.
* Serve as a core project management role, effectively coordinating resources to ensure delivery quality and timelines.
* Monitor AI models and data quality, and optimize A/B testing, grayscale publishing, and feedback iteration processes.
* Assess risks and implement compliance requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and PII in your daily workflow.
* Perform capacity planning and FinOps management to achieve the best balance between performance and cost and continuously optimize.
* Responsible for stakeholder and supplier management, producing governance documents, dashboards, and high-level reports to support decision-making.

What you bring:

* Have more than 10 years of relevant work experience, including more than 8 years of experience in enterprise-level project or IT/software project management, and more than 3 years of experience in enterprise AI application operation and maintenance.
* Familiarize yourself with the full chain of AI application operation and maintenance, including model and data quality monitoring, A/B testing, grayscale publishing, and feedback iteration.
* Strong risk awareness and compliance knowledge (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, PII, and auditing) to implement this in everyday processes and tools.
* Proficiency in capacity planning and FinOps management enables optimal trade-offs between performance and cost and continuously optimizes system operational efficiency.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience, while effectively managing suppliers and producing high-quality governance documents, dashboards, and high-level reports.
* English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are at an intermediate level or above, and can meet international communication needs.
