What will you do:

As a product manager, you will be fully involved in the promotion of personal finance AI projects, not only to keep track of project progress but also to coordinate resources from various units to ensure that goals are achieved. • Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring project progress, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and in line with expected outcomes.

• Lead cross-functional team collaboration and build good communication bridges to facilitate information sharing and problem-solving.
• Deeply understand customer needs, discuss with internal business teams, and write detailed specifications to ensure that requirements can be accurately implemented.
• Analyze existing business processes and propose specific and feasible system design solutions, including writing technical documents such as system design documents, API documents, data flows, and flow charts.
• Assist the technical team in system architecture design, testing, and optimization to ensure that the final delivery quality meets standards.
• Track progress at all stages of the project, regularly report on status, and suggest improvements to reduce risks and improve efficiency.
• Actively participate in meeting discussions, collect opinions from all parties, and integrate them into specific implementation plans.

• Ability to deeply analyze business processes and propose specific improvements to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Familiarize yourself with project budget control, risk assessment, and resource allocation to effectively reduce the incidence of potential issues.
• Bonus points: Those who hold PMP or other internationally certified project management certificates are preferred.
