What you'll do:

As an Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of innovative digital products by integrating business objectives with user-centric design. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define strategic roadmaps, conducting in-depth analyses of market trends and user behaviour, and driving the adoption of AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the app’s lifecycle—from ideation through launch—meets both technical feasibility standards and stakeholder expectations. By fostering open communication channels between departments, suppliers, and clients, you will help create seamless experiences that delight users while supporting organisational goals. Your ability to manage complex projects within defined budgets and timelines will be essential for success in this role.

• Define the app product roadmap by aligning with business goals and designing features related to e-voucher, mobile payment, and employee benefits.
• Leverage data analysis and competitive research to deeply understand user needs, track product performance metrics, analyse operational results, and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools to boost productivity within product management processes and promote an AI-driven culture throughout projects and teams.
• Monitor app analytics closely, iterating on features based on quantitative insights to increase daily active users (DAU) and monthly active users (MAU).
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments, building strong relationships with customers as well as third-party suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Draft detailed product requirement documents that clearly articulate design specifications and functional requirements for development teams.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes by confirming technical feasibility and ensuring proper allocation of resources for each initiative.
• Utilise project management tools to control scope, schedule, and budget while establishing detailed plans that track progress against key milestones.
• Implement robust risk controls to minimise potential issues during project delivery and conduct thorough reviews using advanced systems and technologies.
• Coordinate internal resources with external partners to execute improvement projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

• More than three years’ experience as an app product owner in industries such as e-commerce, point eco-systems, payment solutions or employee benefits is required.
• Proven ability to enhance business processes or system efficiency through thoughtful design and implementation.
• Demonstrated success in increasing user engagement metrics such as DAU (daily active users) and MAU (monthly active users) for mobile applications.
• Minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university; advanced degrees are preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills paired with supportive leadership qualities that encourage teamwork across diverse groups.
• Excellent numerical aptitude combined with analytical thinking for interpreting complex datasets and informing strategic decisions.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant IT applications including familiarity with .NET and SQL is advantageous.
• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies is highly desirable for adapting quickly to evolving project requirements.
• Fluency in both oral and written Chinese is essential; proficiency in English is also required for effective collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools is preferred for driving innovation within product management practices.
