What will you do:

As a product manager, you will lead the comprehensive planning and execution of digital platforms, including websites and apps, not only to clarify market demands, but also to combine user insights to create innovative services that are close to consumers. In your daily work, you'll lead your team through every step from requirements gathering, feature design, and final delivery, while using agile development methodologies to effectively manage project progress. • Formulate medium- and long-term strategic plans and functional blueprints for digital products such as websites and apps, and clarify product development directions.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure that requirements are fully understood and executed smoothly.
• Define product development priorities, write detailed product specification documents, and assess technical feasibility.
• Establish key metrics and continuously track analytics to make data-driven recommendations for optimization and drive improvements.
• Collect and analyze market information in depth to grasp industry trends and adjust product strategies.
• Participate in scrum or other agile development processes to effectively manage project schedules and resource allocation.

• Clarify problems, propose solutions, and drive execution in an uncertain or rapidly changing environment.
• Understand market trends and mainstream digital product planning methods, and have a forward-thinking mindset.
• Possess a user-centric mindset and emphasize user experience, data research, and market research capabilities.
• Being able to transform market insights into specific and executable product solutions is a plus for successful cases.
• Participated in Scrum or other agile development processes, effectively managing project schedules and team collaboration.
