  • Support the scrum team by providing clear direction on priorities, removing obstacles, and encouraging open dialogue for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of shared responsibility for delivering outstanding financial operations products that meet both user needs and organisational goals.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Product Manager – Financial Operations in this organisation’s Taipei office, you will bring substantial experience managing complex products from concept through launch within fast-evolving environments. Your background should include hands-on involvement in designing backend architectures using wireframes or process diagrams while facilitating clear communication between technical teams. A solid grasp of agile methodologies will enable you to integrate design thinking into software development cycles efficiently. Your interpersonal skills—rooted in empathy—will allow you to build trust across departments so that everyone feels heard during collaborative problem-solving sessions. Familiarity with SQL is appreciated but not mandatory; however, prior exposure to finance or e-commerce sectors will help contextualise your contributions. If you have led scrum teams or acted as Product Owner before, your ability to guide collective efforts towards shared goals will set you apart.

  • At least three years’ proven experience as a product manager with full responsibility for planning, designing, developing, launching, and optimising products within technology-driven organisations.
