What you'll do:

* Oversee multiple complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
* Coordinate internal project teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of project plans while maintaining open lines of communication at all times.
* Monitor project progress closely by tracking dependencies, achievements, and proactively identifying potential risks or issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* Implement mitigating measures for critical issues as they arise and provide timely updates to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Manage resource allocation effectively by ensuring availability and optimal distribution across various project needs.
* Adapt to changes in project scope, timelines, or costs using appropriate verification techniques to maintain control over project outcomes.
* Develop detailed schedules and support cost management activities including forecasting, performance measurement, and variance analysis for ongoing projects.
* Apply relevant metrics and tools for maintenance releases control while ensuring all product or solution-related issues are resolved promptly in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Provide regular information sharing, trend analysis, resource forecasts, prioritisation guidance, and periodic status reports to stakeholders at all levels.
* Work closely with core team members such as Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and other specialists to ensure cohesive project delivery.


What you bring:

* A minimum of 8 years’ experience in programme or project management roles with at least 4-6 years successfully delivering software web-based solutions within the Digital Banking or Financial Services sector.
* Proven track record of handling complex projects independently while ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget parameters.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong presentation skills; able to communicate both high-level concepts and detailed information clearly across all organisational levels including senior management.
* Demonstrated people leadership skills with a focus on fostering team cohesion; capable of mentoring and coaching team members towards shared goals.
* Exceptional analytical skills paired with facilitation expertise; adept at evaluating data trends, making informed decisions collaboratively, and supporting group consensus-building processes.
* Fluency in English communication is essential; able to manage multiple stakeholders from different countries simultaneously while prioritising competing demands effectively.
* Experience developing comprehensive project plans that account for delivery approach, key milestones, resource allocation, budgets, outstanding deliverables, and risk management strategies.
* Ability to proactively monitor project execution by identifying risks/issues/dependencies early on and implementing robust mitigation plans accordingly.
* Familiarity with applying appropriate metrics/tools for maintenance release control as well as providing accurate reporting on progress/status/resource forecasts/variance analyses.
* A background in working closely with cross-functional teams such as Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Leads—ensuring all product/solution-related issues are addressed collaboratively.
