What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Project Manager for System Integration, you will be fully involved in every critical stage from business development to project delivery. In your daily work, you will proactively leverage your network and industry resources to develop new opportunities while analyzing policy trends to propose innovative approaches. For government project management, you will independently write high-quality proposals while leading cross-department teams to meet complex RFP requirements and optimize presentation content. During project execution phases, you will conduct requirement interviews, define specifications, plan schedules, coordinate engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to overcome challenges and ensure timely delivery. Additionally, this role expects you to assist the company in driving service productization efforts to improve internal process efficiency while acting as a strategic advisor to strengthen trust between the company and government clients. - Lead business development for government projects by actively seeking new opportunities through networking, industry ecosystems, and seminars while building stable partnerships.
- Analyze government policies, subsidy programs, and public information to propose feasible and competitive business strategies that help the company seize market opportunities.
- Manage government project proposals by developing strategies, organizing cross-department teams to fulfill RFP requirements, and optimizing presentation materials.
- Personally participate in proposal presentations and Q&A sessions while delivering high-quality service proposals or technical specification documents ranging from 30 to 100 pages within tight deadlines.
- After project initiation, lead teams through requirement interviews, specification drafting, schedule planning to ensure smooth progress at every stage.
- Manage cross-department collaboration among engineering teams, designers, PMs, assistants while tracking project progress, risk control measures, acceptance criteria, and change management.
- Regularly communicate with client representatives regarding project progress, outcomes, and solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and responding promptly to their needs.
- Assist the company in planning service productization for government projects (e.g., SOPs or modularized services) to enhance internal operational efficiency and standardization.
- Mentor junior PMs or sales colleagues on proposal creation processes, data collection tasks as well as system specification-related work to promote overall team growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor between the company and government clients while managing internal workflows (e.g., proposals/specifications/acceptance standards) to ensure consistent quality.

- 5+ years of experience in PM or BD roles with at least 2 years specializing in government projects or contracts; familiarity with public bidding processes (open/restricted tenders) & procurement laws/regulations required.
- Successfully led at least 5 government projects or large-scale bids including direct communication/cooperation experiences with central/local government units.
- Strong proposal writing skills capable of independently drafting 30–80+ page government proposals/presentation documents; familiar with bid document structures (services/functions/specifications/architecture).
- Proficient in requirement interview techniques/project scheduling/risk control methods; able to integrate cross-department resources effectively toward achieving goals.
- Outstanding cross-department collaboration skills (e.g., sales/design/engineering); capable of facilitating smooth communication among teams & resolving issues collectively.
- High sense of responsibility & ownership mindset; skilled at client relationship management/oral communication/trust-building even under pressure.
- Ability to identify/integrate/utilize resources effectively supporting seamless project progression & maximizing value creation.
