Platform Product Manager

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute product strategies and feature roadmaps for gaming headsets, microphones, and future audio products that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with hardware product managers to ensure seamless integration between software and hardware components for an optimal user experience.
• Drive software innovation initiatives that differentiate audio products in the competitive gaming market through unique features and enhancements.
• Partner with engineering teams across multiple regions—including Chennai, Europe, and the US—to deliver exceptional software experiences for end users.
• Work hand-in-hand with marketing teams to effectively communicate and promote new software features.
• Coordinate with design, research, and data teams to ensure all product development is centred around user insights and feedback.
• Lead the definition process for new features from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration based on performance metrics.
• Translate market opportunities into detailed product requirements that guide agile development processes across multiple streams.
• Monitor key product performance indicators and iterate on features using data-driven insights gathered from real-world usage.
• Manage prioritisation of features and allocation of resources across several concurrent development projects.

What you bring:

• At least five years’ experience in product management within consumer electronics or gaming-related industries is highly desirable for this position.
• A proven track record of successfully launching software products or major features demonstrates your ability to deliver impactful results.
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering and UX teams across different time zones ensures effective communication and project alignment.
• A background in audio technology, gaming ecosystems, or consumer hardware-software integration is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong technical acumen enables you to work effectively alongside engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies supports efficient project execution in fast-evolving environments.
