【EC Platform】 Product Manager

* Participate in the planning of e-commerce platforms under one of Taiwan's leading retail groups. Deeply integrate diverse services such as payment gateways, logistics, and electronic invoicing to improve operational efficiency for SMEs. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to drive rapid product iterations, ensuring market demands are promptly reflected in product features.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute product strategies for e-commerce platforms and related value-added services (e.g., payment gateways, logistics tracking systems, electronic invoicing) by combining SME needs with market trends.
  • Design and optimize API integration functionalities for third-party payment systems, logistics tracking services, and electronic invoicing systems to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Gain deep insights into the pain points faced by SMEs in procurement, store setup, distribution, and daily management; propose practical digital solutions.
  • Validate technical feasibility and draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD) to ensure clear product goals that are easy to implement.
  • Lead API interface design and functional integration with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) to create seamless service experiences.
  • Coordinate integration tasks with payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), logistics providers (e.g., DHL, UPS), and electronic invoicing systems while effectively managing internal/external resources.
  • Act as the Product Owner for an agile team—maintain and optimize the product backlog to ensure development progress aligns with quality standards.
  • Host sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to promote efficient team collaboration while continuously improving workflows.
  • Monitor system usage metrics and performance through data analysis tools; consistently optimize product features to adapt to market changes.
  • Collect user feedback and respond quickly to evolving market demands to ensure products meet customer expectations.

What You Bring:

  • 5 years of experience in product management; at least 2 years must be related to the e-commerce industry (e.g., online store platforms or supply chain management).
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Agile Scrum development; prior experience as a Product Owner is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with mainstream e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) and their ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in API design and system integration management; ability to effectively coordinate multi-party collaborations for successful integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment gateways (e.g., payment interfaces), logistics services (e.g., courier systems), and electronic invoicing systems—including their functionalities & integration requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI; ability to evaluate product performance & provide optimization recommendations.
  • Strong logical thinking skills combined with excellent communication & collaboration abilities; adept at integrating internal/external resources for successful project execution.
  • High adaptability & problem-solving skills; capable of responding swiftly to market changes & technical challenges.
