Senior Slot Machine Planner

Seeking a Senior Game Planner with extensive experience in slot machine development to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of product development, quality management, and market analysis, driving innovation and delivering exceptional gaming experiences. (spoiler alert) which is a potential team lead position, welcome to candidates who're into team management experience and already had.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Design and develop slot machine games and platform functionalities.
• Manage product processes and quality to ensure high standards and reliability.
• Conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic recommendations for product improvement.
• Track product performance and optimize for better outcomes.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• Proven experience in complete slot machine development (not reskinning or porting), having worked on at least 5 full projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in the gaming or gambling industry.
• Stable work history with no more than two short-term (<1 year) positions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality.
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations (e.g., using PowerPoint or Canva) and delivering clear reports internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with projects targeting the U.S. or Southeast Asian markets.
• Background in managing outsourced game development collaborations.
• Leadership experience with teams of 3 or more.
