【Payment】Project Manager

What you'll do:

• Develop a detailed project plan and track progress
• Coordinate internal resources for the execution of onboarding customers
• Ensure that appointed projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Deliver technical training sessions, including Web-based API and sequence flow training
• Monitor and provide assistance to resolve performance issues or incidents after go live
• Initiate new product proposal for market opportunities
• Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders

What you bring:

• Background in computer science or engineering
• Understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Strong internal communication abilities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
