What you'll do:

• Develop a strong understanding of the system, identify business and user needs, and design service solutions with new features while improving and optimizing existing ones.
• Turn service ideas into clear technical documents (such as BRD/PRD) with specifications, diagrams, and user flows.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams, ensuring collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee UI/UX, development, and QA processes, ensuring that all services meet quality and functional requirements before launch.

What you bring:

• Experience in service planning, product or project management.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; Korean is a plus.
