What you'll do:

• Formulate product vision and strategic blueprint to drive medium to long-term development of the platform
• Lead product supervisors and teams responsible for core payments, wallet accounts, reward points, merchant tools etc.
• Plan and implement product development processes in collaboration with tech, design, marketing, customer service departments
• Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics to identify potential needs and adjust product direction
• Structure and optimize product team management processes to enhance decision-making efficiency and project execution
• Establish product performance measurement mechanisms (KPIs) and regularly review results to support business objectives

What you bring:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management including actual leadership experience within a product team
• Familiarity with payment or fintech-related products including third-party payments, electronic wallets, clearing processes etc.
• Experience managing cross-level and cross-functional teams with an ability to effectively integrate resources and improve organizational efficiency
• Proficiency in user-oriented product thinking with a knack for data-driven product decisions
• Familiarity with agile development processes with practical experience and promotion capabilities
