Business Analyst

We're helping our client, a top-tier international gaming tech company, hire a Business Analyst to support their sports-related product line. This is a high-impact role that involves working cross-functionally with product, business, and technical teams to drive process optimization and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and performance

• Gather, document, and evaluate requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders

• Work closely with developers and product teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for business decisions

• Facilitate discussions and negotiations between business and technical teams

What you’ll bring (Requirements)

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software or internet industry

• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, including presentation ability

• Experience with business process reengineering

• Familiarity with the SDLC and system analysis

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally (around once per year)
