What you'll do:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's product offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in the full cycle of product development - from conception to delivery. You will work closely with UX, RD, QA teams to bring products to market that meet stakeholder requirements and deliver tangible value. In addition, you will define product goals and measurement standards, using data analysis to evaluate product benefits. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will ensure mutual understanding and alignment on all fronts. Lastly, you will handle daily operational needs while continuously optimizing product indicators and work efficiency.

* Engage in the complete cycle of product development, leading product development and collaborating closely with UX, RD, QA to deliver products to market.
* Understand the business model of the product, collect stakeholder requirements, plan specific product specifications, and ensure successful delivery of product value.
* Define product goals and measurement standards, use data analysis to evaluate product benefits, and explain to stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding.
* Handle daily operation needs and continuously optimize product indicators and work efficiency.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Product Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Product Management. With at least 5 years under your belt, you have honed your skills in developing features related to payment flow, logistics, membership, promotion purchase, coupons, purchase process, order. Your ability to manage and design products is complemented by your experience working closely with RD teams on product design details. You are adept at creating user interfaces and conveying product concepts to teams. Furthermore, your experience participating in Scrum teams demonstrates your collaborative nature and commitment to agile methodologies.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
* Experience in developing features related to payment flow, logistics, membership, promotion purchase, coupons, purchase process, order.
* Ability to manage and design products and collaborate with RD team on product design details.
* Experience in creating user interfaces and conveying product concepts to teams (detailed design executed by UX).
* Participation in Scrum teams.
