What you'll do:

• Proven experience in driving user growth strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Excellent cross-team communication skills with experience coordinating between diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with liquidity management concepts and systems (experience in fintech or crypto preferred).
• Background in product operations, product management or growth marketing is desirable.
• Experience in growth-focused analytics or working within a data-driven environment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Asana or similar project management systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial systems, blockchain technology or decentralized applications (DApps) would be a plus.
