What you'll do:

• Oversee product development processes and ensure alignment with business goals
• Coordinate cross-teams for effective product development
• Manage market demand for assigned products, understanding their application principles
• Analyze the market, propose future product directions, and suggest practical development approaches based on human resources, development schedules, and budgets
• Draft requirement documents and present completed products
• Proactively identify issues with the product or development process, conduct preliminary analysis of complex problems, and utilize internal resources to resolve them

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of work experience, including more than 3+ years in software product development
• Basic understanding of computer science
• Experience with deep learning based image processing or cybersecurity products is a plus
• Intermediate English proficiency, capable of internal communication, explanations, and document writing
• Proactive personality with strong communication skills
• Strong logical and time management skills
